Returns

If you wish to return goods to Milk Concept Boutique for a refund please contact us by phone or email in the first instance.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a refund guarantee, provided you contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Provided the goods are in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, a full refund will be given on the product. A return handling fee can be applied.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery or cosmetic products if the hygiene seal has been removed or if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Be aware that the return parcel is at your own cost and the contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Our recommendation is that you send your parcel by registered post and that you retain proof of postage.

The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Custom made products and furniture produced on specific request by the client are not eligible to a refund.

If delivery is refused or our courier can't deliver due to the receiver's absence you will be charged returning delivery fees and handling fees.

Items damaged in transit must be documented (i.e. photographed) on delivery and e-mailed to info@milkconceptboutique.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery. All the original shipment wrap and packaging must be kept in order to process a successful compensation claim. Please enquire for further details.
