The project stems from extensive research conducted by the company and the designer: the rugs, initially designed and produced on hand-thrown shuttle looms, were subsequently developed on a repurposed industrial loom, taken to the extreme to create handcrafted textures. Elena Sanguankeo brings her experience in the world of high fashion to the ECO collection, combining different yarns, colors, and stitches. The synthesis of tradition and innovation is also evident in the choice of materials used: jute and polypropylene, both suitable for outdoor use and water-resistant.
