Inspired by a forgotten African queen, bold and determined, she embodies a reversal of power where strength leaves no room for deceit. Through her assertive silence and natural dignity, Tassi represents the hope of a possible harmony between force and gentleness. By placing a ferret in her hands, the artist Rachel Convers symbolically inverts the power dynamic between prey and predator. The Collector Portrait is printed in a limited, numbered edition and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by designer Rachel Convers.
